But lately I found that if i have an extra rest day for some reason, i am significantly stronger in my hangboarding stats and can climb harder boulders in the gym. My question is, does this mean i should should move to 1 day on 2 days off and have fewer sessions but higher quality, or would this be too little climbing to make improvements?
